Data recovery: We will examine the machine to see if we can recover your files, with our software we currently have a 99% success rate in recovering files, photo's and video's that have been deleted by accident or by a virus.
For this service we recomend that you bring your pc to us, as the recovery software does often take many hours to complete and our hourly rate would apply if we came to you, we can offer a collect and return for £7 for this service.
It depends on what has been done on the computer since the data loss, how it happened and hard ware issues involved.
Generally, if its simply getting data from the hard disk (because the operating system* will not run) then cost will be : £45.
If its more serious than that (eg: damaged hard disk) - the cost could be anything from £100-500 depending on steps taken - quoted cost here may rise steeply depending on damage.
No guarantees can be given due to the nature of the severity of damaged hardware.
We recomend that you try not to use your computer if you have deleted your files as this reduces the chances of recovery.

* Operating System will not run because the main Windows system 32 directory is corrupt.
