Our services are charged at an hourly rate of £25.00.
If you can deliver you PC you can benifit from an extra £5.00 discount from all services.
Our minimum charge is £25.00 which includes up to the first hour of service.
We do charge mileage, depending on where you live.
If the job takes longer than an hour, this will be charged on a pro rata basis. (For instance, if a job was to take one and a half hours, you will be charged £37.50)
We do aim to complete most jobs within an hour.
In some cases the time we need to complete the task, does not depend on us but on your PC and its condition. It depends on how fast your computer can work and how big of a problem it may be. However there is always the option of taking it away and prices are at service/repair charged per job done and not per hour.
You will need to drop the PC off with me, and then I will contact you once the PC is at a suitable state.
I am committed to a quality service, therefore I run a full check-up on every system I repair to determine the health status of your computer.
What I don't know, I will find out; therefore I make sure the job gets done properly.
If any replacement components are required,
these will be at an additional cost. Alternatively you can provide these yourself and we will fit them for you.
Our PC MOT is a set charge of £45 - remember if you can deliver your pc to us there will be a discount.
We accept payment in cash, cheque or BAC's. A full receipt will be given.
